Pre-Sales Support
Collaborate with account executives to understand customer needs and map them to product capabilities
Lead product demos, technical deep-dives, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions
Closely monitor POC to give immediate solutions for on going issues
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires from enterprise prospects
Translate technical requirements into scalable and secure solutions using our platform
Customer Success (Post-Sale Onboarding)
Support initial implementation, configuration, and technical onboarding
Provide best practices on deployment, integrations, and enterprise architecture
Act as a technical advisor for key accounts during early stages of adoption
Ensure technical customer satisfaction and communicate feedback to product and engineering teams
between sales and customer success
