Solargik is looking for an experienced and motivated Hardware and Electronics Team Leader to lead the domain in a cutting-edge solar energy company. This role includes direct managing of a team of 4 experienced engineers, driving hardware development projects, and supporting the product lifecycle from requirements definition through design, testing, and transition to production
:What will you do
Lead and mentor a team of 4 experienced engineers, including training, guidance, and performance management
Take ownership of complex hardware and I&C projects, ensuring timely delivery across multiple workstreams
Drive integration efforts across departments
Firmware/software development
Project engineering
Product management
Manufacturing & assembly
Testing and validation
Oversee the design and development of
AC/DC power circuits
PCBA boards for device control
IT/OT infrastructure for power generation sites (advantage)
IoT style sensors system development
