Develop a deep understanding of our product specifications and features
Source and compare suppliers to ensure best pricing, quality, and service
Maintain strong vendor relationships and conduct supplier evaluations
Issue accurate purchase orders aligned with specifications, quantities, and timelines
Ensure all procurement documentation (purchase orders, contracts) is complete and compliant
Oversee payment terms and ensure timely payments
Maintain organized procurement records
