This isn\u2019t just a senior HR role\u2014it\u2019s a high-impact opportunity for a proven HR leader with hands-on expertise across the full HR spectrum<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll operate with a high degree of autonomy, offering strategic and operational support to managers, employees, and leadership. Acting as a trusted right-hand to the Director of HR, you\u2019ll influence core decisions, lead change, and elevate both the employee experience and HR function<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

What You\u2019ll Actually Be Doing<\/h3>\n
\n

Serve as a strategic advisor to managers on employee relations, performance, and engagement<\/p>\n

Provide expert guidance across compensation, benefits, talent management, L&D, and workforce planning<\/p>\n

Lead and execute HR initiatives that boost employee engagement and organizational effectiveness<\/p>\n

Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to guide decision-making and talent strategy<\/p>\n

Partner with leadership on change management efforts and organizational development<\/p>\n

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, conducting audits and implementing improvements<\/p>\n

Collaborate with global HR teams to localize and implement global initiatives<\/p>\n
