The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a Senior Software Engineer, you\u2019ll design, develop, and deploy robust software systems across our platform. You\u2019ll have ownership of end-to-end projects, the autonomy to lead from idea to implementation, and the opportunity to work across product lines – from scalable APIs and secure infrastructure to machine learning<\/p>\n

The role also brings unique engineering challenges shaped by regulatory and compliance requirements – pushing your creativity and technical capabilities<\/p>\n

What You\u2019ll Actually Be Doing<\/strong><\/p>\n

Design, build, test, and deploy backend systems for high-scale financial applications<\/p>\n

Lead architecture reviews and drive decisions across technologies and platforms<\/p>\n

Write well-tested code and review peers\u2019 work for quality and clarity<\/p>\n

Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and Security teams to deliver seamless experiences<\/p>\n

Own and improve development lifecycles including CI\/CD, observability, and cloud automation<\/p>\n

Debug production issues and lead efforts to ensure system reliability and uptime<\/p>\n

Contribute to internal documentation and onboarding processes<\/p>\n

Participate in a Tier 2\/3 on-call rotation to support business-critical systems<\/p>\n
