For over a decade, the Har Hotzvim Administration has been working with planning and implementation entities in municipal and national authorities to ensure that the interests important to Har Hotzvim companies are preserved. As a result, the Administration is now perceived by the authorities as the body representing Har Hotzvim companies.

These days, the authorities are discussing several plans that will bring about fundamental changes to traffic and parking arrangements in Har Hotzvim. This issue is of paramount importance, and we must invest our best efforts to influence and protect the interests of us all. In addition, we are examining the possibility of preparing additional parking lots and upgrading the public transportation that reaches the Har Hotzvim High-Tech Park.

No company can (or even wants to) operate independently in these areas.

In parallel with activities in the public sphere, activities are being carried out to improve the quality of life in the park: park maintenance through gardening work, placement of seating areas, paving of streets, and renewal of the directional signage system placed near each building.

We have also recently worked to reduce approximately NIS 1,200,000 in property tax payments by companies located in Har Hotzvim by correcting the classification in the municipality, held professional forums (procurement, human resources, safety and security), and upgraded the newsletter that positions Har Hotzvim as a leading high-tech park in Israel. The park’s website and the job board within it – which yields very good results – have also been upgraded.

In the area of providing special services to Har Hotzvim employees – hundreds of employees have enjoyed the cultural and leisure benefits we have offered by leveraging the purchasing power of all Har Hotzvim employees.

These examples illustrate once again that the existence and activity of the Administration are essential and contribute to all companies in Har Hotzvim. In order to continue to represent the companies of the park in the most faithful and best way, we need your participation and active support.
