The Association for the Advancement of the Har Hotzvim Science Industries Park (NPO), which serves as the park’s management, was founded in 1993 by the park’s companies and the Jerusalem Development Authority to address issues common to Har Hotzvim companies: the park’s appearance, park development, providing services to companies and their employees, quality of life in the high-tech park, and representing the interests of Har Hotzvim vis-à-vis relevant bodies and offices.

Infrastructure, Appearance, Environmental Development
The Har Hotzvim Management invests in improving the public space: new internal signage, upgrading sidewalks and access roads, landscaping, and free parking. As part of a central project, the entrances to Har Hotzvim and the facade along Golda Meir Boulevard were upgraded, sculptural signs were placed at each of the three entrances to the industrial park, seating and leisure areas were installed, and more.

The Management works to cultivate a rich community life among the park’s employees and the high-tech companies operating within it. Throughout the year, professional courses, unique forums, inspiring lectures, and diverse fairs are held to encourage collaborations, enrich knowledge, and provide employees with a work experience that is much more than routine.

The Har Hotzvim High-Tech Park Management operates the park’s website and launches a quarterly newsletter. The newsletter includes articles on the latest high-tech topics, news about companies operating in the park, and updates on local events and initiatives.
