Leverage your 5+ years of experience in the U.S. tax field to handle clients of all complexity levels and support associates and senior associates with complex cases
Provide leadership and coaching, creating an environment of trust, open communication, and creative thinking while ensuring your team has the necessary education and training
Foster healthy group dynamics, striving for team consensus, resolving issues when necessary, and celebrating accomplishments
Facilitate problem-solving and collaboration, ensuring discussions and decisions lead to successful task completion
Oversee and manage team resources, coordinating space, equipment, communication lines, meetings, agendas, and deliverables
Communicate team status, task accomplishments, and direction, providing status reports and escalating issues when necessary
May include reviewing tax returns to ensure quality and compliance with applicable tax laws
Alternatively, may include handling client intake, technical writing, and providing high-level consulting services
