You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy, offering strategic and operational support to managers, employees, and leadership. Acting as a trusted right-hand to the Director of HR, you’ll influence core decisions, lead change, and elevate both the employee experience and HR function

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Serve as a strategic advisor to managers on employee relations, performance, and engagement

Provide expert guidance across compensation, benefits, talent management, L&D, and workforce planning

Lead and execute HR initiatives that boost employee engagement and organizational effectiveness

Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to guide decision-making and talent strategy

Partner with leadership on change management efforts and organizational development

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, conducting audits and implementing improvements

Collaborate with global HR teams to localize and implement global initiatives

Lead or support ad hoc HR projects as needed
