The successful candidate should have a proven track record of leading lengthy sales cycles and driving business growth. This role requires the ability to take full ownership of sales activities. The ideal candidate will possess a solid technical background, expertise, a comprehensive understanding of sales and product pipelines, and excellent account management skills. The candidate must be able to handle technical discussions independently and bring product feedback to R&D. Attention to detail and a proactive, independent, and hands-on approach to teamwork are crucial for this position
What You Will Be Doing
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and prioritizing their needs
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, targeting key accounts
Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and discussions to effectively showcase software products to clients and bring back feedback to improve the product
Identify how the software can address specific customer needs and provide value-added solutions
Collaborate with the development team to provide valuable input on product development based on customer feedback and market trends
Involvement in the pre-sales stage and providing technical support to clients during the sales process, addressing their inquiries and concerns
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and potential areas for product development or improvement
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns, leveraging resources at each stage of the opportunity funnel
Engage in intelligent conversations with customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of the software products and building credibility· Provide leadership and guidance to internal teams, ensuring coordination to meet customer requirements and expectations
